Where the calories come from
Calories come from the menu pages on this site, which use each chain’s published nutrition information. We only show items with a listed calorie count, so some items from the full menu may be missing. Calories are for the standard recipe; extra sauce, cheese or toppings add more.
Prices are typical U.S. prices from our menu pages and vary by location. Where a price range is listed, the low end is used, and a “+” means some items have no listed price.

Frequently asked questions
How many calories should a restaurant meal be?
On a 2,000-calorie day, about 500 to 700 calories per meal leaves room for snacks. Your own number may be higher or lower.
Why is an item missing?
Some chains do not publish calories for every item. We leave those out instead of guessing.
Are drinks and sauces included?
Yes, when the chain lists them. Drinks and dipping sauces can add a lot, so add them to see the full total.
